Shipping Charges

We charge an additional €4.95 for our shipping service or FREE SHIPPING when you spend over €80. Allow a maximum of 5 working days for delivery of products purchased from McGreals.

Returns

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on products returned for any reason. Before you return any products to us please contact us by phone or email us at shop@mcgreals.ie.

For products that have been delivered in error we will refund the full value of those products and the costs of returning them. For products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement and refund you the cost of returning them to us.

If you return a product which you are unsatisfied with for any reason other than the product being damaged or delivered in error you will be only be refunded the price you paid for the product; no carriage will be refunded. You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back. Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.
