For products that have been delivered in error we will refund the full value of those products and the costs of returning them. For products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement and refund you the cost of returning them to us.

If you return a product which you are unsatisfied with for any reason other than the product being damaged or delivered in error you will be only be refunded the price you paid for the product; no carriage will be refunded. You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back. Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.

It neutralises the effects of lime scale contained in water, thereby avoiding tautness after washing. The new Guinot Products formulation enhances the skins delicate protective layer and prevents moisture loss.

Apply Guinot Hydre Tendre morning and evening with fingers slightly dampened, using gentle effleurage movements. Avoid the eye area but do not neglect the neck.
