For products that have been delivered in error we will refund the full value of those products and the costs of returning them. For products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement and refund you the cost of returning them to us.

If you return a product which you are unsatisfied with for any reason other than the product being damaged or delivered in error you will be only be refunded the price you paid for the product; no carriage will be refunded. You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back. Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.

Application Advice

Use Guinot Gommage Biologique once or twice a week am or pm

After cleansing apply a thin layer starting at the base of the neck and working upwards; avoid the eye area. Rub the gel  until it turns into an oil all over the face. Rinse well, tone, apply appropriate moisturiser.

For maximum benefit use before a mask from the Guinot Products range.
