Returns

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. We offer a 100% money back guarantee on products returned for any reason. Before you return any products to us please contact us by phone or email us at shop@mcgreals.ie.

For products that have been delivered in error we will refund the full value of those products and the costs of returning them. For products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement and refund you the cost of returning them to us.

If you return a product which you are unsatisfied with for any reason other than the product being damaged or delivered in error you will be only be refunded the price you paid for the product; no carriage will be refunded. You the customer are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back. Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.

The Cleanse Off Mitt is a new way to quickly remove your makeup and mascara naturally, without the need for chemical cleansers. The reusable mitt is made from a specially knitted, gentle microfibre, which creates a hydro-mechanical process which breaks up the surface tension of the oils which bond makeup to skin.
